Rev. Seth and Christina DeBartolo

Bio
Rev. Seth DeBartolo serves the Lord through The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) as part of the Religious Service Organization (R.S.O) Amigos en Cristo d/b/a Amigos Center in Southwest Florida. In this role, Seth DeBartolo is responsible for growing our existing church body and for planting a new mission congregation in Southwest Florida. He sees to the needs of many immigrant families from Latin American and South America. He also is tasked to assist Pastor Bob Selle at the regularly held Divine services at Thrive Community Church, a church plant and their current mission congregation in Estero, Florida.
Seth grew up in Middleburgh, N.Y. He became an LCMS Lutheran as an adult while attending Village Lutheran Church and School, Bronxville, N.Y. He earned bachelor’s degrees from Concordia College, Bronxville N.Y. He received his Master of Divinity from Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne. His hobbies include SCUBA diving, kayaking, biking and rock climbing.
Christina was born in Fort Wayne, I.N. Growing up, she attended Holy Cross Lutheran Church and Saint Paul’s Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne, I.N. Seth and Christina have two girls, Norah who is a spitfire redhead and Olivia who loves to run. and with whom they enjoy spending time.
Prayers
Pray for the DeBartolo family as they serve in Southwest Florida. Ask God to continue to strengthen them for the work He has created for them to do in this region and the surrounding churches. Pray for the current and prospective members of Immokalee Lutheran Church and Amigos en Cristo Church. Pray also for the men and women who faithfully serve the members of the community and church through their public service. Ask God to soften the hearts of the people of Southwest Florida and direct them toward the saving Gospel of Jesus. Ask God to open the ears of His children to hear the Gospel in this country and around the world. Let us give thanks for the DeBartolo serving as Christs hands, feet and mouth in Southwest Florida.
